Mark Lukin, DDS
Lukin Family Dentistry
Mark Lukin graduated from the University of Texas Dental School in Houston. Mark attended Clements High School, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mark is an active member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, Texas Dental Society, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Mark is also involved in multiple study clubs and active in Spear continuing education curriculum. Mark’s wife Laura is also a dentist, and they have three daughters, Danielle, Gabrielle, and Camille. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, running, cycling and traveling.
Laura Lukin, DDS

Dr. Laura Lukin has been practicing general dentistry since 2006. During that time, she has developed a passion for airway evaluation and management. As a dentist, she is able to examine the jaw, palate, and facial development and understand how these factors relate to overall health and breathing. Her vision is to spread awareness by educating patients and other healthcare professionals on the connection between the mouth and craniofacial development of the airway. Dr. Laura is a visiting faculty member for Spear Education and is committed to ongoing professional education with monthly seminars and coursework. Dr. Laura, a wife and a mom to three incredible girls, and enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, surfing, long-distance running, and is a wiz when it comes to an Etch-a-sketch.
Noreen Ali, DDS
Lukin Family Dentistry
Dr. Noreen is a Sugar Land native who graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School before attending the University of Houston where she received her BS in Health. Dr. Noreen graduated from UT Health Houston School of Dentistry and was the recipient of the International College of Dentists Student Humanitarian Award. Dr. Noreen has a passion for providing a positive experience for all patients. She strives to be gentle and considerate while educating patients on their dental needs. In her free time, Dr. Noreen enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with her family and perfecting her cooking and baking skills.
Sheri, RDH
Lukin Family Dentistry
Sheri is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with the practice since 1995. Sheri and her husband, Mike, have three children and one grandchild. Sheri sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sheri enjoys reading, going to the movies, and loves being at the beach with her family.
Marla, RDH
Lukin Family Dentistry
Marla is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with the practice since 1998. Marla sees patients Monday through Thursday. In her spare time Marla and her husband Taft enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors – on the water, skiing, and hiking.
Laura Labello, RDH
Lukin Family Dentistry
Laura has over 15 years of experience in the dental field and sees patients Tuesday through Thursday. In 2023, Laura and her husband, Jason, moved from Louisiana back to Fort Bend County and we were thrilled to welcome Laura back to the practice with open arms. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband, crafting, cooking and gardening.
Annie, RDA

Annie is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been with the practice since 2019. Annie is an integral part of our team and helps everyone function at their best every day. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and volunteering.
Kristen, RDA
Lukin Family Dentistry
Kristen brings to our office over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. She made Texas her home after moving from New Jersey around 2010 with her husband and four children. Kristen strives to make each patient as comfortable as possible and truly enjoys the difference she is able to make in the lives of others. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs and traveling to Texas Tech to watch her son perform with the Goin’ Band from Raiderland.
Cassandra, RDA

Cassandra is our Lead Registered Dental Assistant and has over a decade of experience. She is committed to helping patients maintain their dental health. Cassandra constantly strives to focus on making each appointment better than the last by staying up to date with dental technology, infection control, and her continuing education. In her free time, Cassandra enjoys fishing, solving puzzles, and trying new cuisines.
Junuel, RDA
Lukin Family Dentistry
Junuel, a Registered Dental Assistant of more than 10 years. Junuel enjoys helping patients feel at ease when they come into our office for their treatment needs. She prides herself on great efficiency and attention to detail while maintaining a first-class experience for the patient. In her down time, Junuel loves spending time outdoors, practicing yoga and traveling.
Chris, Office Manager

Chris has been married to Dr. Steve Lukin for almost 50 years and has been with the practice since opening in 1975. As the Office Manager, Chris inspires our team to provide extraordinary patient care and cherishes the opportunity to develop relationships with our patients while offering exceptional customer service. In her spare time Chris enjoys spending time with the grandchildren, traveling to new places, gardening, and reading.
Jennifer, Operations Manager

Jennifer joined the practice in 2017 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. During COVID, Jennifer was instrumental in keeping the team connected and informed. She worked tirelessly to ensure we had the supplies we needed to safely treat our patients when we re-opened and at that time, she began a transition of supporting the practice by working in the front office. In her role as Operations Manager, Jennifer is committed to a seamless interaction between patients, the front office, and the clinical team. Jennifer and her husband, James, live in Richmond and like fishing, hunting, and spending time with their family.
Tammie
Lukin Family Dentistry
Tammie has been with the practice since 2015 and brings 29 years of dental experience to our office. Tammie has a knack for dental insurance and strives to make sure that all patients understand their insurance benefits. Tammie enjoys time with her two grown daughters (and their families) and loves planning travel and social events.
Mary Kay

Mary Kay has been with the practice since January 2018 and has over 20 years of dental experience. Mary Kay thrives on her ability to connect with our patients and works diligently to ensure all patients have the information they need to be successful with their dental treatment. In her spare time Mary Kay enjoys spending time with her grandson, family and friends.
